For those of you who feel like you’re constantly under surveillance… DARPA can see you from 17,500 feet

This is an amazing video short from a PBS/Nova special called “Rise of the Drones”.   You can be under video survelliance 24×7 and constantly tracked and not even be aware of it, because the camera watching and recording you is 17,500 feet in the air.
